Bethel, NY – Sullivan County will be reopening the beach and resuming boat rentals tomorrow, Saturday, August 10, at Lake Superior State Park in Bethel, starting at 9 a.m.
Due to an unhealthy algae bloom, the County had temporarily suspended swimming and boat rentals earlier this week.
The park continues to be open for picnicking, hiking and land-based recreation. There is also a public boat launch available.
